What the control centre does
Schedule
Each mission has a schedule, a location, assigned agents and a supervisor. The agent is notified as soon as they are assigned.
Track
The agent confirms the mission, reports arrival with their position, and reports departure. The supervisor is notified at every step.
React
Mission not confirmed, agent running late: a message alert first, then an automatic call and escalation to the supervisor if nobody answers.
Document
Time-stamped mission log, geotagged photos, messages and recordings gathered into one file.
For every mission
- A private message group, open only to the assigned agents
- A dedicated radio channel, with recording and a notice to participants
- An engagement letter for each agent, verifiable by QR code (valid, expired or cancelled) without ever revealing the client or the subject
- At the end: an encrypted archive of the file, then the originals are erased from the server
